Who Owns Water?
September 11, 2008
Is water a resource that should be controlled? Can it be owned like property? I'm never going to buy bottled water again because I don't want to support such an industry as described in "Flow," by Irena Salina.
"Flow" is an award-winning documentary about our diminishing supply of fresh water and the world water cartel that takes advantage of this free, God-given resource. Not to mention the pollution created by the millions of plastic bottles discarded after we drink our Dasani and Aquafina.

My experimentIt stuck in my brain what you wrote about water. I still remember everything you told me in the store when I was buying a bottle of Dasani water. So I tried not to drink Dasani or Aquafina water for a some period of time. If I forget to bring water form home to school I was in trouble. It is hard. I guess what I am trying to say... people who made commitment not to drink bottled water are awesome... but I also can understand people who continue to use bottled water. It takes time, patience and love to make difference in the world.Wed, 1 Oct 2008 11:58:00 EST
